Christmas Party – Auckland Museum – 2009

NZDJ’s DJ Steven was fabulous and he certainly “rocked” the house – in 80’s style of course. Steven had people on the dance floor all night long right up to the last song which was fantastic to see.
He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and so were you.

It was great night and we had so many fantastic comments from our guests saying they really enjoyed the music. Your play list clearly appealed to a wide range of groovers as my mum was on the dance floor with her 20 year old niece for over an hour non-stop

Corporate Event – Christchurch International Rodeo – 2007 / 2008
DouglasWebber Group have used Kieran Bell (NZDJ) for two years now to provide music and compere the National Finals Rodeo in Christchurch. Our aim was to imitate the atmosphere of the American Rodeo spectacles and Kieran helped us achieve this.
Kieran worked with us to create the opening and closing ceremonies, as well as specialised music stings for during the event. He developed an immediate empathy for the event and its requirements, he did a fantastic job.
I plan to use NZDJ for the 2009 National Finals Rodeo when it moves to Mystery Creek and for the World Class Ice Hockey games in Christchurch and Auckland in June 2010. Highly recommended for large and small events.

New Years 2009 – Christian Boston (ZM Boss) – 2009
Performing in front of 20,000 people is a big ask.
Add to that the expectations people have for a magical night on New Years Eve at the Main Mount beach and the pressure is enormous.
When ZM had the task of presenting the Beach Stage for New Year 2009 at the Main Mount Beach to a crowd exceeding 20,000 people – Kieran from NZDJ took this all on board and exceeded all expectations.
Kieran was a consummate professional – arriving early for sound check (an achievement for any DJ) providing all his own equipment and ensuring he knew exactly what was required for the event. Kieran had to manage the expectations of the client (Tauranga City Council), the station image (ZM) and the crowd to make the event a success.
In less than ideal conditions with rain falling on his decks, Kieran judged the mood of the crowd and matched the music accordingly to deliver an immaculate set that perfectly captured the atmosphere of bringing in New Year 2009 at the Main Mount Beach.
I have no hesitations in recommending Kieran and his company for parties, special occasions or corporate events and would hire him again in an instant.
21st Birthday – Claire – 2008
I hired NZDJ for my 21st back in October 2008. Kieran was extremely easy to work with and gave me one less thing to worry about on the night of my 21st!
He arrived at the venue early to set up and stayed until the party was finished. He played a great mix of music to suit all my guests, he was great with requests and at the end of the night every single person at the party was up dancing.
I would reccommend NZDJ to anyone who wants a DJ who is professional, fun and going to provide a great night of music without a doubt!
